The Jacquard weave woollen cloth is woven and washed within fifty miles of Anna Lisa Smith's West Yorkshire studio, making use of the high quality heritage wool mills which still operate in this part of the world and where the weaving skills necessary to produce this quality of cloth have been refined over generations.
Anna Lisa has had a lifetime in fabric design and has a true expert's eye for the interplay between form, colour and material. Her simple, bold geometrics are reminiscent of the best of mid-century design in their artful balance of these elements, and her uncompromising insistence on quality means her products are designed to last for many years.
